Our Workshop
Every club we make begins in our small workshop, where tradition meets precision. We handcraft authentic hickory golf clubs using proven methods, fine materials, and modern accuracy. Each club is built to play beautifully and to last, connecting today’s golfer with the origins of the game.
Our process honors the craftsmanship of early clubmakers while embracing the precision of modern tools. From shaft selection to the final polish, every step is about balance, feel, and authenticity.
Shafts
The shaft is the soul of the club.
We craft our shafts from quarter-sawn hickory, chosen for its straight grain and natural strength. This method of cutting the wood keeps the shaft stable and true, allowing it to perform consistently over time.
Each shaft is carefully shaped, sanded, and balanced by hand. The result is a smooth, lively feel that transfers energy beautifully from the swing to the ball. Because every piece of wood is slightly different, we tune each shaft so that the entire set feels connected and even.
Forged Irons
Our forged irons are made from a single piece of metal, pressed and shaped to place more weight directly behind the hitting area. This design gives a soft, responsive feel and precise feedback at impact. Forged heads have long been the choice of players who value touch and control, offering a solid connection that cast heads cannot replicate.
Each head is hand-finished and paired with its matching hickory shaft, ensuring perfect balance and a natural flow through the swing.
